Albert Einstein
I am an injury rehabilitation practitioner, certified medical massage therapist and personal trainer. My passion lies with helping people recover from their injury, allowing them to return to their life as soon as possible. Injuries do no have to be accidents alone, I treat a broad range of conditions from accidents (car/work or home related) through post surgical to sports rehabilitation including health conditions and autoimmune diseases. My journey began in 2015 when I qualified as a physical fitness and health instructor. I immediately continues different courses to enrich my knowledge and soon enough found great interest in the field of rehabilitation. I found myself coming across different issues, conducting thorough research of what should be done, and developing training programs to suit each of those conditions allowing the client to self improve and get better. The knowledge I have gathered from working with injuries developed my professional approach and allowed me to create programs for those passionate about sports including long distance runners, golfers, weight lifters, tennis players, etc. while making sure they progress in their field while reducing the injury potential. I have worked with many sports professionals including a European Champion Gymnast.
However, training is only one side of the coin, and in 2017 I have started my journey to become a Medical Massage Therapist to be able to provide my clients with more solutions.
The work process my clients and I go through consists of movement assessment, identifying weak spots and then developing a plan to address the findings of the assessment from both the therapeutic and exercise fields. Into that plan we integrate their needs (for the sport they participate in, or the life style they wish to have) with the foundations they require to get past their injury or condition. Every client is unique, and so is every program that I make for them.
My clients usually report improvement after the first session, but that does not mean it's a one time fix, the road to recovery may differ between cases, but I promise to do everything I can to make it as short as possible for you.
Treatment involves manual therapy built from a combination of different techniques which I've learnt over the years, techniques taken from different types of massage therapies, osteopathy, taping, strapping, physical exercise and more! My goal is to address the issue as quickly, and efficiently, as possible.

I am an injury rehabilitation practitioner, certified massage therapist and craniosacral therapist.
My journey started in 2022 right after I certified as a Cranial Therapist. At the moment I am taking part in a degree course to become an Orthopeadic and Manipulative Therapist as another step in my journey in the therapy world. I may not be long in the field, but I have great understanding of pain and injuries from my experiences - both professional and personal. I am constantly working to improve my knowledge and skills, either from training and studying in college or training and observing in Zilber's Way's clinic. My techniques are evolving as my knowledges expands. My approach is from a functional point, I want to understand your pain, its origin and the best way to address it in order to promote healing. I find the body to be a magnificent machine that is constantly being studied and more and more advances are found each day, and so it is my duty to do everything I can to keep updated and offer you the best treatment possible.
While I am sure you have heard before about massage therapy, I also put a great emphasis on cranial therapy, which I guess you've heard less of, if at all, so allow me to shed some light.
Cranial therapy (CranioSacral Therapy) is a gentle touch therapy that can have a huge impact on your life, involving spinal fluid movement along with the interactions of your skull bones, we can find underlaying conditions that may have not surfaced yet and address them before they start affecting the rest of your systems.
I can use cranial in two different ways, the first would be at the the end of a massage session to help your body relax and lead you to a better healing. The second however, is a full cranial session that may help emotional trauma, stress, headache, digestive issue, etc...
The experience is different to every individual, and as due to that every treatment is always full of surprises.
I would work with your body, incorporating both cranial and massage therapy, while following your needs, guiding your body to the best route of healing. All I would ask of you is to trust the process, relax and let your body talk. Though your consent to each part of the treatment will be asked and every technique will be explained to you prior to being applied.
