First timers are subjected to deposit fee of €20. Cancelation fee equal to full session may apply.

Cancellation of an appointment must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment! Failure to comply with the given time will result with a cancellation fee equal to the whole appointment.

Clients arriving to see Zilber:

- If that is your first time, please fill the Health Questionnaire prior to the appointment. An email would be sent as well reminding you to do so. In case of an underaged client, please be sure to fill this version of the questionnaire. 

- Clients who have been treated by Sammakko and wish to be treated by Zilber as well, please sign the medical exchange approval form, or fill a new health questionnaire.

- You can pay for the session in advance through the online shop, you can also pay on the spot either with cash or card.

- Student? That's terrific! You are eligible for a discount! All you need to do is bring your valid student card with you.

- As a member of ANMT, your insurance may cover sessions with Zilber.
