I'm Zilber, I am both a Medical Massage Therapist and a Personal Trainer.
My approach combines aspects from both the physical exercise and manual therapy worlds. You may have tried different professionals, medications and/or external equipment to handle your injury, but together, we will address your injury from a different perspective using my set of tools in order to treat your pain.
Your dream, My way.
Currently located in Unit B, Block 1, Blarney Rd, Clogheen Business Park, Cork, T23 K381, Ireland.

I'm Mathilde, I am both Cranial and Massage Therapist.
Currently studying to become Orthopeadic and Manipulative Therapist, which means from session to session my techniques are evolving, always assisted by Zilber when needed. My approach to your pain and injury is functional, my priority is to help you have life as pain free and limit free as possible.
Cranial therapy also offers me the possibility to help you to deal with emotional trauma from past experiences, but would not replace psychotherapy.
You may find me at Unit B, Block 1, Blarney Rd, Clogheen Business Park, Cork, T23 K381, Ireland.
