1 on 1 training session to achieve your goals. Great for injury rehabilitation and prevention. This is a specialized program developed for you which will bring you on the right road to better physical performance. It involves several one hour sessions that take place over a period of time. This is a customized program specific to the clients needs.
Massage therapy session that combines different techniques to suit your condition and help improve your range of movement and motion. Program building and consultation for long distance running, from 1 km to Ultra Marathon. This is suitable for those new to running, building up their first 5km and experienced runners. A very gentle technique aimed to work on your inner systems and promote self healing of past trauma. Cranial therapy works with the spinal fluid and nervous system to pin point issues that are harder to detect and correct them.
A known method in osteopathy or chiropractic, a joint manipulation will release tension from a restricted area allowing better movement of the joints.
A more invasive method that can speed up the healing process of many different tissues. Dry Needling can be used on Muscles, Joints, Nerves, Tendons, Inflammations, Scar Tissue and more.
Usually would be applied at the end of a session, taping will support the joint and promote healing for the time it stays after the session. Taping can ease movements or support joints to prevent excessive movement.
Could be handled from both the Massage Therapy aspect and the Exercise aspect, respective to the injury or condition and current state.

Scar treatment would help release the tissues damaged while forming the scar and open up movement and restrictions caused from the scars. Important to note, the issues might be very far from the scar and not necessarily in close proximity to scar location. Video Available here
